It's the first episode of 2016 and I couldn't

be happier for you to give it a listen.

as well as the world premiere of a track from the

Los Angeles-based rock band Jr. Juggernaut.

 

I am also pleased to have Sam Means on the show.

He recently released his debut full length 10 Songs,

his first solo record since his former band The

Format split in 2008.  We talk about his new record,

his process of getting back into writing music, his thriving

merch company Hello Merch and much, much more.

I also play a couple of tracks from his new album and a
